Our floor had been unloved by the previous owner, but Steve's work was outstanding, bringing it to a condition we didn't think was possible. The whole area was cleaned thoroughly by Steve afterwards (I don't think we've seen a single speck of sawdust!).

We live in a grade 2 listed house and the oak floor had been damaged by damp. Steve came and quoted and then sourced some refurbished oak boards from a supplier in Kent. He spent four days with his son Connor carefully removing the damaged … More boards, replacing rotted bearers and relaying the new boards to match the existing floor. It was a pleasure to have these gentlemen in our home and we found an elegant and bespoke solution to a tricky problem. My wife and I are delighted with the result which is far far better than a good repair. The craftsmanship and the quality of the finish is making us think twice about covering it with our antique rug!
